Oedipus the King, Mama!
The Troubies return with the Maternal Musical that mashes up Sophocles’ “Oedipus the King” with the music of the King of Rock & Roll, Elvis Presley. Oedipus has a Burning Love and he Can’t Help Falling in Love with his Mama. So Don’t Be Cruel and miss this musical parody by the theater company the Los Angeles Times calls “The Masters of Musical Spoofery.”
